We are a real estate development company in Richmond. We have a piece of land in Port Moody and we are looking for a conceptual artistic rendering specialist for commercial marketing. Here's a bit more info for the project: Address of our land: 622 Forest Hill Place Size of land: 5.41 Acres 6000 Sq Ft /land lot (Total 30+ lots) Style: Modern/West coast contemporary Estimated project time: 1.5~2 month We are looking for someone or a team that could do everything in one go: - Come up with a concept design for the land - Record the video for the land, either in real life footage or some other forms - Artistic house design and rendering in forms of photos, brochure or video We are in a very initial marketing state, so we don’t need real house design or extremely detailed rendering.
