Web-Based UGC Video Creator

I'm looking for an experienced web developer to build a user-generated content (UGC) creator focused on video content. This tool will empower our users to create, edit, and share their own videos entirely on the web. The main requirements for this project include: - UGC Video Focused: The platform should be designed to support the creation and editing of video content specifically. - Web-Based: The UGC creator should be fully functional and optimized for web browsers. - No Editing Required: Although users will be able to trim their videos and add text, no advanced editing services such as color correction or special effects are required.
