We are looking for a customer service representative that will be available to work from 9am to 8pm PST (pacific standard time). This is a main and major requirement of this post. If you can not work these hours then please do not bother to apply. We need operator to work minimum 8 hours per day and minimum 5 days a week. This is a permanent position that is needed, and should be treated like a full time office job. We are going to try something new for our business, we want remote operator to login to our computer and handle customer service and order processing. You will get trained by phone along with screen sharing. Your duties initially will be the following: Customer service email answering Approving orders to be sent to warehouse Going through orders to check for fraud Updating product(s) if found to have errors Offering replacement items for products not in stock Allocating inventory from other locations to be sent to warehouse Updating products that lack description or features. This will mostly be done on any down time. Skill Required: -Fluent and near perfect English - written is obviously a MUST. If you can speak fluently we can look into getting you envoloved with answering phones and sales calls. Grammar, spelling and composition of emails will always be monitored. - High speed internet minimum of 10mbps download speed is needed. - Strong Customer Service skills and experience. - Preferably a landline or a cell phone that you can take calls on. No Internet calling or skype, quality is just not there some times with those. We will need to be able to call you during business hours. Knowledge of Products: Below are the list of products categories we carry, please rate yourself from 1 to 10 with the knowledge and/or experience you may have with the product/brand/category: Converse Shoes Footwear (mens, womens, kids) Guns (pellet guns, and airsoft) Knives (hunting and tactical) Military gear (surplus and tactical equipment) References/Resume: Please provide 2 references preferably with phone number and email. I am quick learner and easy to train. Converse Shoes Footwear (mens, womens, kids) Guns (pellet guns, and airsoft) Knives (hunting and tactical) Military gear (surplus and tactical equipment) As for as above mentioned items are concerned, i have bought shoes many times and keep buying . Not much experience regarding Guns but i can learn about them because i believe it will not be a rocket science . I have a little knowledge of Knives, i have sold a couple of bubba blade knives. I have no experience regarding Military Gears. I have tried my best to answer all your question with honesty. However i firmly believe that there is nothing that you can not learn.
