Long Term Data Entry Project for Two People

I need to manually copy information from various websites into an Excel worksheet. This work will require a strong command of English. I will need to communicate with the worker daily. There will be a learning curve as the data entry will be from many different types of websites. I expect to need someone for 40 hours a week for the next three months. Start immediately. I have had limited success with this project in the past. English was a problem and also the accuracy of the work was not high enough for the results to be usable. I would like a short paid trial with the person I select. Please provide me a short response. I will not answer any generic bids. Work will be on a retainer basis. I will pay for 40 hours of work every week. If I fail to find you enough work to fill 40 hours you will be paid for 40 hours anyway. thanks
