As an established electrical company, I'm in need of a detailed-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to assist with scheduling jobs, emailing, and compiling reports. The tasks expected are: * Coordinating and scheduling jobs using our project management software - ServiceM8 * Handling and responding to professional email communications with tact and efficiency * Creating, compiling, and ensuring accurate reports using data from our operations. The assistant should have strong skills in organization, data management, and excellent email etiquette. Familiarity with ServiceM8 as a project management tool is highly preferred. They should have a keen eye for detail, be proficient in English, and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Previous experience in a similar role will be highly valued.
