Looking for a virtual assistant, preferably female to assist with administrative, clerical, internet, and phone tasks. ?
I am the co-owner of two companies, one is a medical recruiting firm, and the other is an event planning company. ? I need someone who can help me in creating and returning emails, completing tasks on to do lists for both companies, phone calls, creating estimates, speaking with clients, doing follow ups, creating itineraries, creating and maintaining online work spaces, completing and posting ads online, and several other tasks. ? Mainly personal assistant type work via the phone and internet.
Work would be spaced out as well, a few tasks here, a few tasks there, etc. ?
## Deliverables
Work to be completed including but not limited to:
- Creating and returning emails
- Clicking check marks on a database list
- Creating and editing excel lists and uploading them to several databases as well as emailing them
- Creating and posting ads on sites such as kijiji, workopolis, craigslist, etc
- Returning phone calls
- Following up with clients, and associates
- Creating and maintaining online work stations
- Calling vendors, obtaining estimates, and doing follow ups
- Completing faxes and blast faxes on our online program
- Completing travel arrangements
***Anyone who also is great at web design, online marketing, and editing current websites is a plus***
