Image Recognition

Hi, I need someone to develop a program using OpenCV and Visual Studio 2010 VB. The task is detect and identify image when a pattern(see attachment below) is placed in front of camera. Description: - The program will display name of image detected. - The program will display the center(x, y) point of the screen. - The program will display the center(x, y) point of the object detected. - The code has to be will commented.
