I need a FAST(!) bulk SMS sender through ICQ. ICQ is the only service i know of that allows to send an infinite number of SMS messages, if you know of another service, let me know. It needs to contain enough room in it's little database to include a large number of cellular numbers and the ability to define several ICQ UIN's in case the ICQ server blocks the current UIN for too many SMS sent already. The software will only be sending to Israeli Cellular numbers. Once again - Has to be extremely FAST.
