Need a trailing window that snaps next to another in VB6

Hello, I have read your project's description. I am very confident that I can do your project because, few years back, I have done a similar project for an Australian company. Their application was in VB6 where a floating border-less window containing date picker (calendar) appears and stick below the button. The child-window moved if the parent window was move. After adding more features and upgrading current ones, I am still maintaining their whole VB6 project including enhancements in C++ DLL to bring new things to their VB6 application.
