These orders from our perfume webshop will be generated multiple times a day, so exceptional organizational skills are a must. Calls to our customers need to be made during morning or afternoon business hours; therefore, availability and adaptability to these timeframes are crucial. Ideal Skills: - Fluency in Czech/Slovakian - Excellent verbal communication skills - Customer service experience - Ability to work during specified hours - Strong organizational skills. Expect to interact extensively with our new customers, ensuring their orders are delivered seamlessly. At the moment it's cca 30 minutes in the mornings, and 30 minutes late afternoons, on workdays.
