Narrator for a political science audiobook in English (16 000 words)

Hello, I am searching for a male narrator able to record an audiobook in English. The 16 000 words text is about the definition of Anarchy. The final recording should be around 1h45 mn. A male voice native of USA or England would be a plus. Important notice : The audiobook is supposed to be released on the major digital platforms (Audible, Amazon, Itunes...)
