Configure/setup phone system/ dialer

I am looking for someone to help me configure/setup my VoIP phone system and dialer. Ideally, the freelancer should have experience in managing VoIP phone systems and dialer software. The project involves setting up an Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) system to manage our sales and telemarketing calls. Some of the key features I'm looking for are: - Seamless integration with our existing VoIP phone system - Customizable IVR messages and prompts - Call recording and monitoring capabilities - Call routing and queuing based on our sales team's availability and workload The ideal candidate should have experience working with popular VoIP phone systems and dialer software, and be able to provide references from past clients. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are also important for this project. I am pasting my notes - forgive the typos and grammar. I want someone to configure a solution to handle inbound/outbound calls with virtual phone system integrated, contact management/database/scheduler. Here are my notes from my conversation today for at least the basic functionality. We are open to different platform that will do the job well. Call transfer - transfer the record to other closer with the record and all info 6. Inbound call- if we have record- check the database and pull up the record that matches the record if we have the record 7. Different fields in the database to code the leads - pull down menu with pre selected options so that the data can be filtered later for remarking to match that criteria 8. Calendaring to set call back for closers , meetings etc… for qualifier if person requests call back time agent, agent sets call back time in dialer possible if not it just goes back in the database as a call back 1.
