Advise on website build for an image based website using EXIF data

I want to set up a website that allows me to automatically pull EXIF metadata from images and display them as tags, then use those tags to display images with the same tag. Ideally using products that can be purchased off the shelf, such as wordpress templates, plugins etc. I just need advice at this stage, no website building.
