I am an expert in web scraping and automation scripts. I use python to write web scraping scripts. I have gone through the website and it uses lot of AJX to load the pages and it is very difficult program it. I needs specialisation and expertise in web scraping. Greetings! Thank you for very detailed job description! However, I have a question. In a document, you said "NEXT ENTER “Book” AND “Page” DATA FROM PRVIOUSLY SCRAPED LIST". I did it and got a couple of thousands results, but then I also entered "block" and "lot" from previous stage and got only 3 results, and this would speed up sraping process highly. Am I supposed to enter "block" and "lot" or I do it wrong? Thank you. Talking about scraping process, it looks like there will be no problems as all the sites you specified are using simple POST-requests, that can be easily falsified; and they also don't use any scrape-protection tools. As for my experience, I have done 5 similar projects using Node.js. It looks like interesting job, so I'm looking forward to work with you. Thank you.

I'm a proficient Ruby developer, and my proposal for this project is to make a script to scrape first sheet and then use that data to scrape the second one. The script can have some parameters you can easily set from a configuration file. Readable Ruby code can be extended so you can add new websites in the future. Honestly i saw the attachments and read, but i had no time to read carefully and enter to these sites, i was about to sleep but when i saw your description i could not stop. So, tomorrow i have to work all day, but in the night and weekend i am free.
