I am pretty sure that yelp charges alot of money for that info through the api i have ready made yelp scraper to scrape yelp with the images(i will turn that off) if you have little more time to spare(scraping takes time to be done) then you can use the scraper and if time is a constraint then i can use the api no problems there just to tell you that it costs money and i think they don't provide very specific info like if they provide delivery or not. and $250 is too much for a task like this i worked on yelp scraping program in my last project with images included for $100 you can check my profile the last project they wanted google api also but after telling how much google api costs they settled on yelp scraper. just telling you all the facts then you can decide.
