anz e-gate - repost

I already have a anz e-gate linked on my website but for some reason when i customer goes to pay they can't sell to be taken to checkout to enter there card details. I have this system on many of my sites and working fine on the others so wanting to double check what the problem is. Should be a quick easy job.
