454831 Animated GIF Header and Footer

hello, I naeed an animated GIF header created that looks simular to the one attached. The header needs to be 940 wide and no more than 150 tall. Needs to be high quality. Now on the right hand side of HEADER is where I need the anaimation. I need it to look like a movie count down 5-4-3-2-1 and then say ON AIR ... like a TV Station On Air light. Here is an example site of something like what I am looking for BUT must be original to me - [login to view URL] as this is not my site. My header MUST stay all contained in the deminsions. The footer can be static and just have the graphics that are in the left hand header on the right hand side. The footer should also be 940 wide and no more than 65 tall. Now ... take a look at [login to view URL] and you will see where the header and footer will be places. I would also like a background image that will match yet contrast the color scheme....maybe add a band the same color in the header to bring it all together. I am using a script and the header and footer are uploaded so they need to be the width ... we can play with height a little. Please share any headers you have done with GIF animation....
