simple web-design for a start-up

You would need to design a simple web-site for a start-up company. We are working on a very sophisticated online portal at the moment, but for now just need to establish basic online presence with something simple. The web-site will have just five pages: --About Us --Services --Team --Careers --Contact There is not going to be much text on each (two-three sentences at most, with an exception of Team, which will have 10 bios plus photos on it), so a greater stress on the visual component is probably justified. The banner does not have to be flash--we are indiffirent. The company's main business is targeted towards university graduates and students (although somewhat nerdy ones), so it should be reflected in the design part. Please sumbit links to prior projects. We need the web-site to be ready by December 10th.
