Help with website content and creative ideas

I need a provider that can work to improve websistes. We need people that can share creative ideas for websites that are being developed. You will work alongside a web designer. I'm looking for cool unique marketing ideas, design insights and some content writing. I would like to see some examples based on a website that is being developed now. Quite simply, the person with the best ideas and great writing skills will get this permanent gig. We will be working on around 7-10 websites per month.
