Fix Html Image Gallery, rollovers not working

OBJECTIVE: One Page Html image gallery Fix: Max Budget = US$30 Project Specifications: Rollovers/Mouseovers for gallery of a vacation rental unit not working. Very clumsy html design utilizing javascript Preload. DO NOT USE MOOTOOLS. Fix image gallery to produce smooth rollovers on hover.
