145647 Cartoon Character

I am looking for someone that can take a picture that I have provided and turn it into a cartoon character. I post this a few days ago and the person never got back to me. I need this done ASAP... I want the chatacter to look very likeable but gullible...I want the character to be wearing jeans, black shoes, and golf shit or t-shirt...maybe some round glasses (i would like to see with both to see what I like better) I will need one more done with another pic next week... Name of the company is Melon Head Marketing...mission is "even a melon head can do it" Characters name is Melon Head...My Pic is what it is based on and it is attached This should be a easy project for someone that know what they are doing.
