Convert Flash site into HTML

This project requires that the designer converts a flash website into html/php, and make it seo friendly. Currently the site has 12 pages, with a "products" page which contains 18 products. We are looking for a designer who will take the time to read and understand what kind of product we are selling and the customers we are targetting, and who can make a design that is very appealing. The graphics layout must be improved compared to the current flash site, we don't want just a simple conversion but also we want to improve on the overall design while converting to hmtl. The designer who wins the bid will first provide us with some general concept ideas about the structure/colors to be used. Once we agree on the overall menus, look, feel, etc. you can begin the full conversion. We need it completed fully within the next 2 weeks, so if your schedule is too busy please do not bid. If you place a bid on this project, please include a link to your portfolio or show some examples of previous work. I will contact every designer which we like their work, and give you a link to the current flash website. You will then get a better understanding of our needs, and can re-adjust your bid accordingly. Please no amateurs, we need some top design graphics. We believe in the motto "an image is worth a thousand words". If you can make an image express what our product is all about, then this project is for you!
