CSS3 Magento Expert Needed

Need experienced programmer for my e-commerce website to modify and customize my template. Inside my site i sell electronic components, computers, peripherals and multimedia players. It is really important that the designer has high-quality graphic design skills. My new template can be visited at [login to view URL] This is a demo site : it will replace the live one [login to view URL] These sections of my site must be modified : 1) Background 2) Shadows around central wrapper 3) Main colors 3) Buttons : i need to add mouseover effect 4) Search bar, top menu and footer 5) Background of product options My site should use soft colors : i prefer light grey, blue, red and orange. I will accept only a freelancer who will insert in his bid a concrete project with useful ideas. The project must be tested with all browsers (IE8/IE9/Chrom/Mozilla).
