THEN modify it accorgin to the [login to view URL] look. These are the conditions: - Custom (under NO circunstance we will take prebuilt themes) web design. - All images and texts will be provided. - Website is in Spanish (but texts will be provided). - Winner MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE IN FLUENT ENGLISH OR SPANISH TWICE A DAY to explain progress of project. - The design will NOT be used for any other client in the future. - Winner at the end MUST provide ALL material used for the design (jpg, psd files).
