Re-design a website and create 3 banners about it

We want a web designer to re-design an existing website...he will design the first page but also 1-2 internal pages that needed... We want to make the website look very professional... i can give you more details and directions after you win the bid... Before you bid make sure that : 1) You can finish the project (the web design parth) in the next 4-5 days from the winning day 2) Finish the banners in additional 2-3 days 3) You have a portfolio to show to us Many projects to come in future so if we have a good partnership at this project you will take more projects in the future...we want you to be on time, this is important for us..
