Home page design - Horticultural Website

Looking for a graphic designer experienced in website design to develop 2 home page concepts. One concept on a 2 column layout with a a clean and white design and 3 column concept layout with traditional green tones. Attached to this project is a brief which contains all the images and content that you will need. Each concept must show the fully open navigational menu as an overlay. Looking for a high class design. This is an URGENT job. It is my goal to pick a designer very soon who can complete this task by Monday. So if you are interested, you must be available to immediately work on this project and work on it over the weekend. I will be available over the weekend to answer questions.
