50339 HTML and CSS project

HTML and CSS project * Three web forms require to have a nice GUI look. * Need to introduce five web pages to display my static texts and use my public heater/footer. Require to have a nice look. * Graphic layout in my front page needs to be changed a little bit. * Contact page and FAQ page (in front page) requires to use my public header and footer template I have details available for qualified html coders. Requirements: Please don't bid if you can't meet these requirements: 1- Using Skype for text chat ([login to view URL]). Not available for text chat is not acceptable 2- Strong experience in programming with html, css 3- Able to write well in English for emails and text chats.
