Site-Wide Update (Apply-a-Template-Job)

Hi, I'm very fucked off with a client who has changed the specifications of a site I've done for them, at the last minute. I don't have the time to change what's been done, so the bid is on the following: I will send you a .zip/.tgz of a 15-page web site, which I've completed. I will then send you another file, which is a template of what the client now wants. It's just HTML, but I'd like you to include() static areas, eg headers and footers, as PHP for the sake of simplicity. I will expect any CSS style definitions to be kept the same as my 15pp version - keeps things quick. It's basically a cutting and slicing job. Anyone up for it? No one-liners or generic "We Are Your Answer" paragraphs please.
