Web Design edit - Very Simple - Core Commerce

I need some very simple edits done to the website I am building in Core Commerce. These are: Adjust header size so that it matches page width. Add a customisable news scroller below the header. Change the template colours so that they look more professional or are similar to another website I own, Potentially change shopping cart buttons to supplied images if this can be done easily. These changes should take an experienced web design less than an hour to do. If the work is done quickly economically more work is sure to follow.
