Website Template

Ok Basically i want a template for a national taxi company the mc2 jpg shows you the lay out of the page (we will of course talk on msn as well) the untitled gif shows you the colors i would like to use.. You are bidding for creation of an original template and and original 5 icons(airplane lifting off, disabled badge, 24 hour badge and 2 more) please only real graphic artists that can make this page look very cool and very pleasent to the eye.. The yellow search bar you see on untitled gif in of course the middle part ("Please type in part") of the template You must have MSN and be available DAILY for Chat, winner will have option to design the logo as well if he wants.
