Wordpress Theme Needed

I'm in need of a new Wordpress theme to be designed, and implemented on my site. The theme will be be 3 columns, with 2 on the right, and will be easy to navigate and clean looking. I can show you an example blog that I'd like to model my new design on. As part of the theme will be an attractive header that will match the branding of my company. The blog must also be SEO friendly. As well as designing the theme you will install the blog with the relevant plugins so that it functions in the way that will be agreed at the start of the project.
