file uploader on a simple site

I have a site that is currently a [login to view URL] site. I need a file uploader that will include the following three things done. 1) I need the site converted over to joomla or wordpress (whichever works best for you) 2) I need to have a user login page that will give each user a unique user # 3) I need to have a file uploader to upload music, video, or picture files that only admin can access and see The site is a collection point, I do NOT want any of the data that users upload shown on the site, the site is only to be a place for them to login and deposit information that I can collect and use for other works.
