Replacement image required for website

We want to replace the "miner" image displayed in the template at <[login to view URL]>. Image to be replaced: ![][1] The template is going to be used by a Uranium exploration company and an image of a coal miner is not suitable. We have one or two possible images that require photoshop work (darken or remove the background). We will send these to the chosen bidder. We also expect you to provide one (or two) alternative images. These may be stock images.
