Apply new theme to drupal site

I have social website developed using drupal. [login to view URL] This project is to move this website to new server and apply new theme. Here is what I want - Take backup of [login to view URL] and upload it on new server. - Convert PSD to HTML for making theme of new site. PSD : [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Same design as illustration: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Following HTML site is the theme of the website. 90% of conversion works was already done. [login to view URL] [login to view URL] - This theme should be applied to new drupal website. I wll also give you the full access to full website. I am in very urgent. you have to complete this within 1 - 2 days This will be very easy if you are a super web developer. Please reply with your previous examples. I am going to start immediately once I choose one. If you want any upfront before begin of this project, please don't apply I will pay when you complete this project.
