We need HUNDREDS of Simple Websites Designed

Job Description: We are looking for a website designer to create many simple static websites for us. The main purpose for development of these websites is so they can indexed by the search engines while we wait to develop them into more robust websites/ businesses. You must have an intermediate understanding SEO Best Practices. Further, you must be able to integrate Google Adsense. You would have to design two types of websites for us. One will be an extremely basic site with 4 pages of content plus a site map, terms and conditions, contact us and privacy policy. We will give you the title, description, and keywords for each page. All pages must interlink with each other. The second type of website that we need designed is built on a wordpress theme. For these sites we will need 6 pages of content, plus sitemap, terms and conditions, privacy policy, and contact us. We will give you the title, description and keywords for each of the pages. All pages must interlink with each other. Ideally, we would like the designer to source the content for us as well based on the keywords that we give for each of the website pages. We are looking to outsource these websites entirely. If we can develop a good working relationship, we can assign hundreds of these types of websites to you. You will have to be able to deliver websites “complete” which will include design, coding, content, and onsite optimization. This can be a great opportunity for the right person. We would like for you to give us a price “per site” for both types of sites.
