EMAILSHOT DATABASE

Hi All Im looking for good quality email database of mainly SCHOOLS, colleges, universities & businesses in the Uk to help promote our services in the UK. If at all possible we would like the database in a format that we could easily import which could save us man hours of typing so please advise! We would also need the appropriate software that we can use for email blast. We dont want to be categorised as a spammer - feedback will be needed on this. Please do not bid if you do not specialise in this area & i dont want 'general' response, we want dedicated specific response so if you decide to bid please send me an accurate answer & not 'template reply' Suppliers must be able to provide the following to qualify: a)sample work b)Evidence of previous work c)Database must be able to easily transfer to outlook via csv Also please no timewasters & no hourly rates Good bidding
