Help wanted

This is a 2 part project: Part 1: I need some help! To put it simpely...I need a step -by- step guide that I can use for future personal projects and online marketing. I am new to this and am looking for a little professional assistance. My domain is on a word press based server and need to know how to upload files to my domain correctly so that when potential subscribers visit the site the site looks and operates as it should. So a few things that I am looking for information on are: - how to correctly upload files and where ( i.e. video/audio/media/documents/opt-in pages ) to upload them to. - some of the files are web pages like squeeze pages so do I need to and if so how do I edit the html code so that the page will function on the site properly? - how do I edit the links and others like backend offers to ensure that all links and pages lead the prospects where I want them to go? - how to edit a video or audio on the page so that it will play the video I want to play versus not playing at all? - I have several PLR prducts that came with opt in videoos, articles, psd files, and index and squeeze pages to and need to know how to upload them to the correct folder as well as to edit if need be. I know that there is a lot more that goes into it and like I said I'm kinda new at all this stuff and need some assistance. I would need this information as soon as possible so I can give a week to a week and a half. When biding you must let me know how when you can deliver and how you will deliver (email, etc.). Part 2: I also need a landing page should be simple in design with respect to me being the one who will be updating or making changes to it. There should be the ability to add video if I choose as well as change font, colors, header, images etc. The landing page should have a place for the visitor to leave their name and email address with a "submit" button or get access or something of the sort that is also editable in order to input my autoresponder code in. It should function for the most part just like the many different internet niche marketing sites. The landing page shouldnt be supper flashie but not dull good colors and colors that pop out and catch your attention to the right areas. Again it needs to be editable for me to make whatever changes I need to. As stated above this is a 2 part project so please bid on both parts and I will respond.
