Stock Trading Blog Web Design

Web Design Requirements: I currently run a stock trading blog called www.tradefodder.com. My website is hosted by justhost and uses a generic Word Press theme. I want to redesign the site to add the following functionality: 1. Wider screen 2. Templates for advertising content on the top, left, right, and bottom of the page. I create ad templates in Google Adsense, and want it to be very clear for me how I can add/remove ad templates to the top, left, right, and bottom of the page. 3. More prominently displayed RSS subscribe button somewhere “above the fold.” 4. Addition of a donation widget to one of the columns. I want people to be able to make one-off or recurring donations using credit card and/or paypal, and I want to be able to write text above or below the donation button. 5. Addition of “tags” list to one of the columns. I currently tag each of my posts, but I haven’t figured out how to add the tags list to the main page. 6. Addition of “blogs to connect to” list on one of the columns 7. Options to share content at the beginning of each post, twitter, facebook, email, etc. 8. Currently when I click on any page off the main page, the advertising disappears. I want the template to look the same as people navigate around the site. 9. When I click on an article, category, or tag from the main page, I want the page to have a sensible name, such as [login to view URL], rather than [login to view URL] 10. Creation of a site map that I can send google to hopefully get more traffic to the site. I am interested in starting this project in 1-3 weeks, and my maximum budget is $300. Thanks, Jordan
