Website design for travel site/blog (psd)

We are redesigning our travel website to use Wordpress. We're looking for someone with talent to design the layout. We have a good idea of what the site structure will be like. The new site will have top navigation, search form, 1 featured posts, list of prices, list of blog articles with thumbnail images, sidebar with ads and custom text, and footer with contact details. The design should also include a logo. We need a psd file with all layers so that another person can transform it into a WP Thesis theme. A minimalist design works usually well if combined with a good colour theme, nice logo, easy navigation etc. Main focus however is in the usability. Our competitor sites all have aeroplanes, blue skies, palm trees etc. we'd like to have something different to stand out. An artistic touch is a plus! I can provide a list of websites I like and a list of our competitor websites.
