Blog needed ASAP

I need someone to create a blog for me. I want them to upload it and set it up on my server. I am looking for something that is adsense friendly as far as the template. Maybe 2 or 3 collums. I need this done asap. wordpress blog preferred. I want u to add the social bookmarking to the blog as well at the bottom of each post and add technorati tags to it. I need this done today.
