Build me a website, needs to be able to host a competition.

My website needs to be able to host a competition, I have tried companies like GoDaddy and they are unable to do it so please don't message me unless you are able to manage something like this. I want to run adverts, I need a logo, I will also (in the long run) need to link it up to a email & YouTube account. Must also be able to display maps And I must be able to update it regularly myself
