It means you require a custom HTTP Server which you can use within your Win Form Apps, right? It means the DLL will present the HTTP socket which is called from your Win Form apps? And this DLL will generate the content based on template you have? This is do-able by using TCP Listener method which will "listening" any request on predefined HTTP port

If yes, can we use Angular or other JS framework to emulate the Windows Forms features? How big is the Windows Form GUI? Will you provide us with a clear interface and documentation of the classes that the Windows Form GUI use to implement the non UI features? or you will just give us the Windows Form GUI app and we will have to figure that out? About the HTTP server... can we use IIS? or do you prefer a more simple HTTP server that does not require the use install IIS? I think that my company it is a perfect fit for this project.
