Need Shopify Expert for some basic task

Hi, We are looking for a shopify expert to do some basic task to our new website. We already have a shopify website and need to switch the theme. The theme is already all set but we mainly need to adjust the CSS for some part of our new website, do some adjustment ( color, html, etc... ) You must be able to manipulate easily CSS and know shopify to apply this task.
