I need a web designer that is local here in Albuquerque.

I need a simple sales web site that will be a sales page with a down load button for an ebook. This web site will connect to clickbank and other potential affiliate marketing sites. Also, it will have a place to enter names and email addresses that will be connected to a auto responder. Very simple and straight foroward. I am also having someone create the web copy for me.
