PLEASE READ WHOLE BRIEF BEFORE BIDDING We're looking for someone to consult US on the UX (User Experience) of an existing website. We need advise on how to better organise the content and also on bettering the design. This project does not involve actually implementing the changes but only suggesting what should be changed. The website has several pages and needs to be more user friendly across the board eg. 3 click rule, better calls to action, using images more wisely, including better headlines, better navigation etc. The Website is currently designed on Word Press and will have to remain so. It also has a lot of PDF downloads and we'll need advise on how to best organise those and make them more searchable and accessible. The final product required from you would be a detailed report (with screenshots and design) explaining what you would change and how to make the website better. The website has more than 100 pages and is finance related (so content is also a bit technical). If you are shortlisted to compete for this project, you will need to send in a short half page proposal with some of the improvements that you would suggest for the said website. KINDLY BID A ONE TIME FEE FOR THIS ONE TIME PROJECT. THE AMOUNT YOU BID IS NOT NEGOTIABLE.

I propose a thorough UX Audit to optimise the experience of your digital product. I have 5 years of experience in the field of experience design most of which has gone in evaluating created experience and suggesting improvements. I’ve just finished an audit for a video platform where I dissected the application and assessed it from the perspective of the end user. Keeping their needs and goals in mind, I documented all possible flaws and break points that could impact their journey adversely. The flaws can either be interface level or interaction level. My aim is to uncover both to bring the product stakeholders into a position to take better calls. Additionally, the documented issues are categorised into Must-Haves, Should-Haves, and Could-Haves allowing the stakeholders to understand what has to be fixed on priority and what all can be improved in sequential releases. And the issues are not only highlighted but are also given resolutions by which the stakeholders can see how they can improve upon those issues.
