RESPONSIVE WEBSITE DESIGN

I currently have a website ([login to view URL]) and I would like it re-designed in a responsive design to make sure it adjusts to the device it is being viewed on and must be SEO friendly. It will be FULLY manageable / editable by me via CMS The site that I have I feel is not very professional with the text being too large and not enough on the pages in terms of text. Below are some websites that I like but I really am open to ideas: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I also like this recruitment website and the functions match: [login to view URL] It will need to be created via a CMS so I can add / delete / edit (pages / text / pictures etc) easily - It must be very use friendly. There are many options for CMS such as joomla 2.5, joomla, drupal, concrete5, CMS Made Simple, MODx...plus many more All pages will have picture(s), front page will have latest News (where we can add news links and text from other sites), Hot Jobs feature and a Job search section (with boolean) and changing / roatating pictures like on Reach People. There will be a Vacancies Page which will list our jobs in date order but will have drop down menus to refine the search and also the Job Search Option again (with boolean) - There will be an option to apply for each vacancy via the job where they can send their CV (it will be emailed from the site to my email address and not stored / be viewable back end. I like the Blog Page on Reach People so that would be good too...On the Contact Us Page, there will be a option where people can fill in boxes with their name / company, email address, contact number and a Message Box along with the option for them to attach a document like word, excel, pdf etc. I also want the LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter links like at the bottom of Reach People but with the icons not so large.
