Site Design - just a customize html template

Hello, I have already put the structure of the site I like to build online - deepcutproduction dot com I have DreamWeaver, but I’m starting to learn CSS. So this is why I just need some help. The site is an Entertainment / Magazine type of site. The Color you guys should apply to the background, headers, text, and so forth should reflect the logo colors. I want the site to be elegant and attractive I’ll need a drop down menu - for example, picture > weddings, graduation, and so forth linking to other pages. You just have to design two pages - the index and a content page, I’ll duplicate the content page throughout. You don’t have to add the mailing list, I have the DreamWeaver extension for that. The index page structure is not permanent, if you want to change it a little bit, that will be fine. If you understand CSS and you want to put some style PhotoShop designer pics on there, this should be a very easy job for you. I can just buy a template so I can get this faster because timing is important, but I like this to be perfect. Once it’s done, you send me the file and I’ll uploaded it to DreamWeaver and make any necessary change and that will be all. Thanks for looking…
