Urgent Webdesign and setup through Frontpage

Please Retouch up my website design and put everything together for me in frontpage it is a 1 Page template. i WILL GAF Pay your or PAYPAL pay you- NEED THIS DONE withing in the next 8 hours THANKS FRIEND. When i say retouch i have the template design the way i want it but the quality is bad because i used Paint to make it i need a PRO to use there good softwares to make everything flow and look nicely together and also put it in frontpage for me, so that i can add text to it and then send me the index file and image files. thanks
