Exchange support ticket

We have a component that can talk with Microsoft Exchange 2000/2003/2007 - [login to view URL], it connects to the Exchange server by the webservice .. i have MSN support for this component. Development: We must develop a Windows program that gets installed in the same server as Exchange, i have a login and pass you can user for testing in development. The program looks for new mail every minute. When a mail is received it will automatically send a (email-from an template) support ticket NO which are auto generated and sent to the customer., when the mail is send the original mail form the customer is moved away from the indbox to an other subfolder to the indbox folder. When a mail is answered to customer A by a user in the exchange, it will send mail will automatically placed/moved in the support account send mail folder, by moving it there from the users send folder. I think that for this you need to search the send mail folder of the user for a match like "SupportTikket:" and when you find it you will move it. So there is a support account, and there are other user accounts, by default when a user replay in his outlook (exchange), for the support account the replay mail is placet in the user send mail and not in the support send mail ... "SupportTikket:" will be a parth of the mail template you send out to the customer ..
