Hello, I have extensive experience both with Filezilla server and Windows Server, and can easily set this up for you. The $150 quoted is my standard rate for one hour of work. I can access your computer with TeamViewer, if you would like, and then get access to your server via RDP. If you need external SFTP access to your server (i.e. the ability to SFTP to the server from anywhere, not just within your network), I will also need access to your router/hardware firewall to configure port forwarding.
